February 20 2016

Cambridge, 20 February 2016 – Leading UK start-up, Undo (http://undo.io/) has added to its recent accolades by being chosen to exhibit with UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) at this year’s Embedded World conference taking place in Nuremberg, Germany from 23 to 25 February. Undo is one of eight UK companies selected to be part of UKTI’s Great Britain pavilion. It is also one of fifteen European start-ups selected to participate in Accenture’s FinTech Innovation Lab in London and its technology was voted ‘Best Software Product’ at the 2015 ARM Innovation Challenge. The company is backed by leading early-stage investors including Skype co-founder, Jaan Tallinn.

More than 25,000 visitors are expected to visit the Embedded World event from more than 40 countries. The event focusses on the latest developments in the field of security for electronic systems, distributed intelligence and Internet of Things, and the Great Britain pavilion occupies a central spot as the face of UK expertise and innovation.

Undo’s software is used by thousands of developers to solve complex, real-world problems for leading technology companies from embedded systems to enterprise software and Supercomputers to banking. Its unique record, rewind and replay technology enables Linux and Android developers to see exactly what their program did at every step in its execution, and its reversible debugging and offline analysis capabilities allow problems to be fixed quickly and easily. Developers can rapidly respond to failures in production and test environments, increase their debugging productivity by at least 50% and significantly improve software quality.

‘We are really excited to be exhibiting as part of UKTI’ said Greg Law, CEO and co-founder of Undo Software. ‘This is the first time that we have attended an event in partnership with them and there is an additional thrill in knowing that our technology will be representing the best of British innovation to an international audience’.

Frank Ambos, Senior Trade Advisor at UKTI said that ‘UKTI is committed to supporting leading UK enterprises and we are glad that Undo Software is taking part in Embedded World this year. We strive to ensure that British businesses are successful in international markets and events like Embedded World help to attract vital business to the UK’.
