Greg Law to speak on the importance of the new features of GDB, GNU Debugging
Cambridge, UK – September 19, 2016 – Undo, the leading commercial supplier of next generation debugging solutions for Linux and Android developers, today announces that CEO Greg Law will be presenting at upcoming CppCon, the C++ Conference on Tuesday, September 20th. Greg, an established coder who now bridges the software and business worlds with over 20 years’ experience, is speaking on the lesser known features of GDB that can change the way debugging is done. If C++ is being written for anything other than Windows, chances are GDB will need to be used.
In today’s software development environment, all developers need to be equipped with the best possible tips and tricks to ensure they are building the highest quality software possible. Greg will highlight the connection between quality tools and software debugging.
Greg will present a series of demonstrations presenting the latest updates in GDB and how it can do much more than just break, print, step and continue. He will interactively showcase the new features, including reversible debugging, non-stop mode, multi-process debugging and dynamic print. He will also focus on the power of the built-in Python scripting.
